Job Description :
The job involves management of Salary and compensation, HR Policy, Industrial Relations, labour law compliances, Legal department, General Administration work Commercials and Statutory Compliance of Contractors/Vendors of HO and all Branches
Responsibilities
HR & HSE Related :
• Management of timekeeping and Compensation Management
• Recruitment for Ports & Container Terminals
• Budgeting and Costing
• Coordination of Recruitment
• Coordination of Induction and Training
• Performance Appraisal
• Local Liaison with various Labor offices
• General Administration of the Branch
• Management of Transport and Canteen
• Estate Management
Legal & IR Related:
• Overseeing of legal issues of the Company
• Liaison with various Government Authorities
• Negotiation with Unions and Labour Contracts
• Handling all legal matters of the Group
Admin:
• All Admin work of Corporate office
• Insurance Management
• Estate management
Skills Required
• Knowledge of labor laws & Liaisoning with Local authorities & Gov. Bodies
• HR, Payroll and Recruitment Management Software knowledge
• Negotiation with Union & Contractor
• Good Communication Skills: Gujarati, Hindi, English
Computer Proficiency
Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Age Limit
Below 45 years, Preferably Male Candidate.
Compensation
Upto Rs 6.50 LPA.
