Job Description
• Administer the employees Compensation, rewards, benefits & Incentives.
• Ensure statutory compliances, Co-ordination with consultants.
• Handle periodic audits both Internal & External.
• Preparation of reports and MIS centrally.
• Administer Leave and Attendance.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies & procedures in line with business requirements.
• Initiate activities for improvement of processes.
• Execute operational activities with respect to employee life cycle management.
• Lead analysis of compensation and internal parity and structure.
• Continuously improve upon processes and build robustness and checks.
• Educate employees on changing policy and processes of various salary components.
• HR Budgeting.
• HR Analystics
Functional Competencies
• Experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management
• Adequate knowledge of current labour rules and regulations
• Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits
