A premium fitness studio franchise, having presence in more than 20 countries with 1500 outlets is hiring for the profile of HR Manager. Location: Mumbai Experience: 4-6 years Job Description:  Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes  Conduct employee on boarding and help organize training & development initiatives  Administer compensation and benefit plans  Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise  Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities  Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates  Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form  Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews  Undertake tasks around performance management  Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies  Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace Requirements and Skills:  Proven experience as strong core HR role  Experience in strategic planning and implementation  Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures  Deep knowledge of HR functions (talent management, recruitment etc.)  Good knowledge of employment laws  Outstanding knowledge of MS Office  Excellent communication and people skills  Well-organized with excellent leadership qualities  Strong decision making skills  Aptitude in problem-solving  Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
