Job Description
To collaborate with head of the departments to identify staffing needs, job specifications, duties and responsibilities, competencies, qualifications, and skillsTo develop and maintain all job descriptions and job postings; execute all required job postings in a timely mannerTo develop and maintain network of contacts to identify and source qualified candidatesReview and coordinate candidate applications, conducts phone interviews/ screenings as needed, refer candidates to departmental heads, and participate in applicant interviews as neededTo conduct new-employee orientationsTo administer various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnelTo assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and proceduresTo prepare and maintain employee handbook and policies and procedures manualTo participate in developing department goals, objectives and systemsTo monitor the performance evaluation program and revises as necessaryTo handle employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviewingTo participate in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.To assist in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals.To recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performedTo maintain human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database.To maintain compliance with regulations concerning employment.
