Job Description
HR Operations:
• Manage the entire HR operations cycle for the organization from Hire-to-Retire leveraging systems, ensuring all process run optimally with a seamless interface with employees resulting in high degrees of positive employee experience.
• Managing the recruitment and selection process from diverse sources. Ensure recruitment metrics are defined, measured, and presented to the Management team.
• Overseeing competence development, training, including career management and promotions, job Evaluation and annual job performance.
• Be a change agent to drive a culture around 'digital' by digitalizing the HR operations using O365, Power Apps and Teams app. Ensure that all communication and employee engagement is done through these digital apps.
• Be the custodian of the company's global and country-specific philosophy, policies, and practices and constantly endeavor to re-evaluate and take ahead for approvals, any revisions, updates or changes to the policies based on industry trends and practices.
• Facilitate talent review and succession planning process.
Employment Relations:
• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Working in adherence to all the statutory acts related to the Labour laws including the Shops & Establishment Act.
Culture Development:
• Managing employee surveys, driving actions and taking responsibility over change management.
• Own and guide the employee led councils such as Diversity & Inclusion (D&I), L&D, Recreation and CSR councils. Support & drive engagement activities though these employee led councils

What we expect of you?
• Graduate / Post graduation in Human Resources or related field
• 6+ Years of work experience in HR workstream.
• Proven working experience as HR Manager.
• People oriented and results driven.
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
• Be a strategic thinker with passion towards digitalizing HR operations
