Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities
• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Conduct interviews and manage onboarding processes for new hires.
• Employee Relations: Act as the point of contact for employee queries and resolve workplace concerns to ensure a harmonious work environment.
• Policy Development: Create and update HR policies to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Performance Management: Implement performance review systems and support managers in evaluating employee productivity and engagement.
• Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and organize training programs to enhance workforce competencies.
• Compensation & Benefits Management: Ensure competitive compensation structures and oversee employee benefits programs.
• Compliance Oversight: Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies across all HR functions.
• HR Analytics: Use data-driven insights to optimize HR processes and report key metrics to leadership.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in a remote work environment.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and decision-making expertise.
• High levels of organizational and multitasking skills in a virtual setting.
• Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
• Experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR managerial role, with at least 2 years in a remote or distributed workforce environment.
• Working Hours
• Flexible working hours with a focus on achieving deliverables and meeting deadlines.
• Core collaboration hours: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM IST.

• Leadership: Ability to lead and inspire a remote HR team.
• Conflict Resolution: Proficiency in handling workplace conflicts with a calm and solution-focused approach.
• Cultural Sensitivity: Familiarity with working in multicultural and diverse teams.
