Job Description
The Role
This role is a critical position to centralise and implement group recruitment strategies, policies, processes, and activities. Be the first point of contact for employees from the construction and property development team, to support the business plan and talent agenda.
Deal with HR issues and develop strategies for staff retention
Assist Business leaders to support them in HR & Operations Function administration, and legislation
Continual improvement of office policies and procedures
Ensure standards are maintained across the network
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
Collaborate with department heads to identify talent needs and support workforce planning initiatives.
The Candidate
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR business partnering
Demonstrated experience in implementing HR strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ideally someone that has experience as a HR Manager within a Construction/Development company.
