Job Description
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews.
• Coordinate joining formalities and documentation.
• Prepare offer letters and appointment letters.
• Conduct employee orientation and induction programs.
2. Payroll & Compensation
• Maintain attendance and leave records.
• Coordinate monthly payroll processing.
• Handle salary revisions and deductions.
• Manage LOP calculations.
• Maintain salary records confidentially.
3. Statutory Compliance
• Handle ESI, PF registration and documentation.
• Maintain employee records as per labor laws.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
4. Employee Relations
• Address employee grievances and concerns.
• Promote positive work culture.
• Support employee engagement activities.
• Maintain discipline and workplace standards.
5. HR Administration
• Maintain personal files and HR documentation.
• Draft HR circulars and official communications.
• Update HR policies as required.
• Coordinate with HODs for workforce planning.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
