Job Description
We are looking for a Senior HR Manager to join and lead our Human Resources department. As an HOD to oversee day-to-day HR operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Set objectives for the HR team and track progress.
• Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment
• Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process
• Host in-house recruitment events
• Talent identification & Talent acquisition
• Employee on boarding formalities, orientation of the candidates
• Responsible for reference check & closing the offers
• Develop compensation and benefits plans
• Discuss employees career development paths with managers
• Monitor HR metrics & Performance management system,
• Organize Training, learning and development programs
• Employee welfare scheme management and Employee engagement activities
• Employee attrition management, Employee retention and Separation.
• Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations
Requirements and skills
• Proven work experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role
• Experience in Information technology company.
• Rich experience in Talent Acquisition for middle and senior level positions.
• Excellent communication abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Leadership skills
• Ability to foster healthy employee relations
• HR or relevant certification is a plus
