Team management:
1. leading counsellors and technical staff
2. Coordination with faculties and lectures schedule
# responsible for achieving daily and monthly targets
# managing the team to ensure maximum manpower utilisation
# Managing attendance and leaves of the Team.
# Allocating Telecalling lists to Advisors.
# Continuously give inputs to the team members of their progress reports, leave records, areas where they are lacking, etc.
# Maintaining various reports related to scheduled work
# Interview and shortlist (initial screening) candidates to be hired for the team
# Performance Reviews of the team
# Ensuring that the team is Motivated to achieve set targets
# Marketing:
. Visiting colleges for seminars and tie ups
. Managing advertisement
. Handling online and offline marketing by all means
What you should have:
. Masters degree (mba)
. Bachelors Degree
2-5 years’ experience developing the mentioned skills
. Time management skillsVery strong verbal communication skills. Clear diction and clarity in speech.
Extremely detail oriented and ability to organize.
Problem-solving ability & creative - out of the box thinker
Should be familiar with effective objection handling
Extremely detail oriented and ability to organize.
Strong integrity and work ethics
