• Collect, compile, and maintain HR data (e.g., Monthly Operations MIS, Recruitment MIS, L&D MIS,
payroll, compliance) in a centralized database.
• Prepare and deliver accurate MIS reports, including HR metrics.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends, provide insights, and support decision-making for major HR
initiatives.
• Create and maintain daily operational data & dashboards to track and report on KPIs; assist in volume
forecast and capacity planning as needed
• Identify opportunities to streamline MIS processes and enhance data quality through automation or
system upgrades.
• Support HR leadership with customized reports for audits, reviews, or strategic planning.
What are we looking for?
• If you are a Bachelor’s degree in commerce, masters preferred and passionate about data analysis.
• Strong ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
• Sound business decision-making ability
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Min 3 to 5 years of experience (insurance & BPO industry is preferred)
• Well versed with MS XL & power BI or similar data

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
