HR Officer (Fixed Term until 31st July 2026)

United Learning Trust is seeking to appoint an HR Officer supporting our five established schools and adult learning provision in Cambridge. These schools are Cambridge Academy of Science and Technology, Coleridge Community College, The Galfrid Primary School, Parkside Community College and Trumpington Community College. The post is ideally for a 1st September start, offered on a fixed-term basis until 31st July 2026, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to contribute meaningfully to a dynamic educational environment over the next academic year.
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, professional and approachable, and who displays excellent communication skills. The role will involve working with sensitive information and requires the ability to prioritise and work well under pressure.
The role offers flexibility in terms of a degree of remote working, subject to agreement with the HR Manager, and freedom in determining your specific working hours (e.g., start and finish times around core required hours) enabling a work-life balance tailored to your needs.
The role is available on a part time basis (approximately 22.5 hours per week, term time only)
The successful candidate will play a crucial role within the Human Resources department, providing an essential function to ensure that all schools have the best possible support and information.
