QCM Healthcare are a growing company with real vision for the future to provide outstanding care and support across our expanding locations and provisions. We are seeking an exceptional HR professional to help drive this vision.
Planning and delivering recruitment campaigns, including advertising, shortlisting and interviewing.
Managing new starters, including conducting pre-employment checks and induction.
Creating, updating and maintaining personnel records.
Responsible for training provision and compliance.
Reviewing policies and procedures, ensuring company compliance.
Assisting in policy implementation and supporting managers with employment matters such as, line managing, benefits, flexible working, disciplinaries and grievances.
Fostering a positive workplace culture, promoting teamwork and employee engagement.
Essential:
- Proven experience within a HR role
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- A calm manner and ability to think clearly under pressure.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of the care sector and experience of CQC inspections
- CIPD qualification.
Work Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00-17.00 with occasional on-call duties
Work location: In person at the Colchester office, travelling to and supporting QCM Healthcare’s other locations as required.
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
