HR Officer
to join our dynamic team in Jebel Ali Free Zone.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Onboarding: 1. Hire internal workers based on company requirements. 2. Handle end-to-end visa processing for selected candidates. 3. Recruit sales personnel across different regions as per business needs. 2. Payroll & Employee Management: 1. Manage payroll and maintain accurate leave schedules. 2. Handle employee grievances and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations. 3. Visa & Insurance Management: 1. Responsible for visa cancellations, renewals, and transfers. 2. Ensure timely processing of employee and company insurance. 4. Team Oversight: 1. Supervise staff, ensure discipline and productivity. 2. Ensure tasks are completed efficiently within given time frames.
Requirements: 1. Proven experience in a similar HR role within the UAE, preferably in JAFZA. 2. Strong knowledge of UAE labor and immigration laws. 3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 4. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
