HR Generalist/Co-ordinator (6-Month FTC)

We’re hiring a dynamic HR Generalist/Co-ordinator for a 6-month fixed-term contract to help manage a busy Employee Relations (ER) workload. If you have experience in high-volume ER cases, especially in manufacturing or retail, and are ready to hit the ground running, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage disciplinaries, grievances, and support in formal/informal meetings.
• Advise and support managers with ER cases.
• Attend welfare meetings and arrange occupational health support.
• Assist with absence management, including sickness, long-term, AWOL, and unauthorised absence.
• Support the HR assistant with contracts, amendments, and general HR tasks.
• Contribute to HR system implementation.

Location: Two sites in Leicestershire, easy to get to from the A46 Hours: Flexible (8:30 am – 4:30 pm with some early starts/late finishes)

What We’re Looking For
• Strong experience in manufacturing or retail HR.
• Flexibility and ownership of the role.
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide support to managers.

Salary: £30,000-£34,000 pro rata DOEBenefits: 25 days A/L
