About the role:
We are seeking an exceptional Recruitment Administrator to assist with all aspects of the recruitment and on-boarding of our Nurses and Carers, as well as conducting compliance audits and other administrative tasks as required.
Responsibilities:
Assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process including processing of job advertisements, telephone pre-screening of applicants, and conducting reference checks
Responsible for providing a seamless employee experience of on-boarding processes including employment contract preparation and profile set up on our staff portal
Maintain compliance related data including police checks, first aid training and visas for new and existing staff
Support the implementation of an electronic HRIS
General office duties in support of the HR team
