Are you passionate about talent acquisition and ready to make a real impact in a dynamic, international environment? Weu2019re looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Officer to join our global HR team, based in our UK office in Malvern.

Your primary focus will be on talent acquisition and ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding experience for all new colleagues.
n

In addition, you will provide general administrative support to help the office run smoothly and contribute to the continuous improvement of daily operations.
n

As the local eyes and ears on the ground, you will work closely with the HR Business Partner EMEA North to ensure efficient and effective HR support across our UK offices.
n

Your responsibilities will include:
n

Talent Acquisition (75%):
n
n
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, and extending final offersn
• Coordinate local onboarding activities and ensure a warm and well-organized first day experience for new hires.n
• Conduct orientation sessions, facilitate onboarding, and maintain accurate records for all new employees.n
n

General HR-administration (15%):
n
n
• Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries and provide timely assistance.n
• Maintain accurate personnel records (data, payroll, personal data, offboarding details, etc.).n
• Prepare and submit reports on general HR activity.n
• Assist with ad-hoc HR projects, such as gathering employee feedback.n
• Provide support to the broader HR team as needed.n

Office & Fleet Support 10%):

• Collaborate internationally with our fleet manager to support vehicle management for the UK offices.n
• Support the smooth day-to-day running of the office by handling various ad-hoc tasks as they arise.n

• Youu2019re a strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills, enabling smooth collaboration with other departments (hiring managers, HR BP, Fleet Manager and others). As such, you possess excellent communication skills.n
• You bring broad knowledge of Human Resources and are comfortable handling general administrative responsibilities.n

What else is expected:

• Proven Experience as an Recruiter or in a similar HR/administrative role.n
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as Greenhouse, is an advantage.n
• Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality.n
• Strong organizational and time management skillsn
• Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems is a plus.n
