Position : HR Officer ( Talent Acquisition and General HR Administration)
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
• Liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs.
• Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.
• Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms when required.
• Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.
• Compiling interview questions and conducting in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Payroll and Personnel
• Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently
• Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information
• Compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages and reporting on this
• Determining payroll liabilities by calculating employee CTC, taxes, and other compensation payments
• Resolving payroll discrepancies
• Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures
• Developing ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in human resources management, or similar.
• 3-4 years of experience in similar roles.
• Proficiency in using Systems, such as Oracle HRMS, Taleo Recruit etc...
• Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
• Experience with recruitment processes and Payroll.
• A working knowledge of employment law and legislation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication
