Job description, work day and responsibilities

cruitment: Handle the end-to-end hiring process for different positions. Screen resume, coordinate interview & onboard.

2. Field sales tracking: Monitor field sales team's daily activities & attendance. Track performance and maintain regular reports.

3. Payroll & salary management: Prepare monthly salary sheets for employees. Ensure accurate calculations based on attendance & performance.

4. Lead generation: Generate leads for school camps & marketing activities. Support field sales team with prospective client data.

5. Data management & reporting: Maintain and analyze data in Excel & Google Sheets. Prepare reports & presentations using MS Office & Google Docs.
