Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations & Payroll Executive with 2 years of experience to manage end-to-end HR operations and payroll activities. The candidate should have strong knowledge of payroll processing, employee lifecycle management, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end onboarding process including documentation, offer letters, and induction
Manage employee database and maintain HR records
Process monthly payroll, attendance, and leave records
Prepare salary statements, payslips, and statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS)
Coordinate with finance for payroll inputs and disbursement
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Handle employee queries related to payroll and HR operations
Support HR audits and reporting
Key Requirements:
2 years of experience in HR Operations & Payroll
Good knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Should know Marathi
Interview Process:
