Your Role and Responsibilities
This role will also have location responsibilities in terms of driving special interventions, handling sensitive employee cases, driving Location talent strategy forward. The HR Partner is a role reporting to the HR Leader / Executive/ HRP Manager.
You will act as a trusted strategic consultant to the leadership team in all areas of HR including organizational development, workforce planning, change management, complex employee relations, reward and recognition, talent management and cultural change to achieve a high-performance culture. Supported by the center of excellence and other HR members, your role is to be a true HR business partner to your business unit leaders and the business unit. You will coach leaders around people strategies, confidently resolve complex cases and support the strategic direction of the HR function. You need to have the capability to influence and gain credibility with senior leaders and managers that you may support, build relationships and their trust.
You are resilient, self-sufficient and have experience working through cultural change. You are a technical expert in the area of HR, able to provide effective advice on all matters of the employee life cycle and are comfortable working at the operational and strategic levels Skills: Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative.
Drive impact and collaborate as trusted advisors. Understanding the business trends and people implications, connecting and integrating insights in order to diagnose and identify interventions needed to improve Business effectiveness.
Applies understanding of how a business operates, financially and strategically, analyses key business drivers, and integrates insights into priorities and plans; distinguishes between business and people priorities and gives evidence of delivering tangible business impact Know how businesses work; knowledgeable in current practices, trends, and information affecting his/her business and organization HR Partners are required to be subject matter experts, having in-depth knowledge of global and local programs, processes and policies.
Partnering with other HR functions to deploy and drive the successful roll out of various HR programs related to compensation, rewards and recognition, employee development and career progression, performance management, and workforce optimization Liaison with labor commissioner, local court and work with ER/LR and legal teams to attend to any location specific regulatory requirements.
Actively support employee engagement activities within location, including planning, organizing and/or speaking at events Partner extended HR teams and CoE organizations to innovate, improve, align, and drive the efficiency of enterprise-wide HR programs and initiatives. Facilitate or chip into business conversations that drive the people strategies to enable a positive business impact.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• 10-12 Years of relevant work experience in below mentioned areas
• Certified Lean / Six Sigma Black Belt / Master Black belt from recognized organization / Institute
• Identifying and Leading high impact Black Belt projects on various CTQs like Quality , Productivity etc and closing
• Ability to build and lead Transformation Roadmap involving different type of projects process related, Tech / automation, Target operating model etc.
• Identification of improvement opportunities by conducting E2E Value Stream Mapping (VSM) workshops involving cross-functional teams
• Sound knowledge of Lean and six sigma and application of the same in F&A ,R&C and T&T processes
• Ability to work with cross functional teams
• Experience of managing change management on his/ her own without much support
• Knowledge of various RPA solutions available in the market, handling of RPA / Desktop automation assessments and implementing E2E solutions
• Conducting Lean and Six Sigma training to operations team
• Coaching / Mentoring lean, YB and GB projects
• Innovative Visual Management on the floor
• Strong client facing and presentation skill
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
• Finance and Accounts background and knowledge of P2P /R2R /O2C,Banking,KYC and AML
• Working directly with executive level leaders
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good Interpersonal Skills
• Business knowledge / acumen and quickly able to learn new things
• Strong priority setting, initiative and follow-through
