Job Summary
As a Human Resources Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation and adherence of HR policies and processes. This includes employee life cycle management, attendance and leave management, payroll processing, and statutory compliance management.
Key Responsibilities
• Employee Life Cycle Management: Manage employee documentation from joining to exit, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance evaluations.
• Attendance and Leave Management: Track and manage employee attendance and leave, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Payroll Processing: Process salaries, bonuses, overtime pay, statutory payments, and income tax.
• Statutory Compliance Management: Ensure registration, payment, return filing, and claims for various statutory bodies, including S&E, PF, ESIC, MLWF, Bonus, PT, Maternity, Gratuity, and Factories Act.
• Medical Insurance: Identify vendors, understand policy terms, explain to employees, process claims, and liaison with vendors.
• Liaison with HRMS Vendor Team: Collaborate with Spine vendor team for system improvement, issue resolution, and implementation.
• Employee Grievances: Resolve employee queries within set SLAs.
• Dashboard/Report: Prepare data, information, and presentation for decision-making and stakeholder engagement.
• Audit: Provide requisite data for audits and ensure zero major non-compliances.
• Recruitment & Selection: Hire across levels (Worker/Staff/Management).
