Description

Leads the implementation of Human Resources policies, processes and initiatives including the coordination and communication of process delivery requirements and consolidation of process performance metrics.

Supports Human Resources systems and processes in alignment with Corporate policies and strategies within the business unit and operating segment that enable Human Resources to achieve performance excellence.

Leads the analysis of Human Resources process metrics and analyzes key performance indicators to identify process performance improvements; leads quality improvement efforts within the business unit or sub-function.

Coordinates the communication plans of selected Human Resources processes in alignment with corporate processes and tools.

Partners with Human Resources leadership to share knowledge and best practices across the business.

Facilitates the reporting of Human Resources information including the consolidation and submission of required business unit or operating segment information according to reporting timelines and standards.

Leads the implementation of Functional Excellence Initiatives defined by the Global Human Resources Functional Excellence organization.

Education, Licenses, Certifications

College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required.

Experience

Intermediate level of relevant work experience required.
• Lead Manpower planning processes for India ABO - End to end execution and reviews of Workforce Planning, Headcount AOP, headcount forecasting, monitoring and tracking
• Lead annual merit process for India ABO
• Lead Environment Sustainability & Governance process for India ABO on HR principles
• Provide HR consulting through talent analytics to various HR and non-HR teams for solving business and people issues
• Provide change management and implementation support for various HR processes and changes across India
