Our Team is looking for an HR Operations team member to help support our rapidly growing employee base. As an HR Operations team member, you will help the HR Administrative responsibilities for India and other APAC regions. This position reports to the Human Resources Business Partner India.
Your main responsibilities and tasks:
• Support all HR processes for the APAC staff population, including but not limited to onboarding, payroll, absence tracking filing, leaving, etc.
• Support India and other APAC hiring managers in the recruiting process
• Prepare all documents in relation with onboarding new staff (incl. preparing vetting support)
• Prepare all documents in relation with offboarding leaving staff
• Responsible for the preparation of the payroll process in India and other APAC regions.
• Support the benefits process between the employees, the benefits provider and payroll
• Collaboration in various ongoing and future HR projects
You are:
• A very positive, solution orientated personality with excellent interpersonal skills

• Discreet and trustworthy, accurate and reliable
• Resilient and able deliver and keep cool under pressure
Your education and experience:
• You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR.
• You have accumulated working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines e.g. administration, payroll, compliance, etc.
• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Excellent language skills in English (speaking and writing)
• You have proven skills in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work on reports and detail and accuracy driven
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
