Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the HRMS (Darwinbox), ensuring data accuracy and system functionality across all regions.
• Collaborate with HR team members to leverage technology in optimizing global HR processes and workflows within Darwinbox.
• Maintain employee records and HR data integrity, performing regular audits to ensure compliance with international standards.
• Develop and generate HR reports and analytics using Excel to support data-driven decision-making with a global perspective.
• Interpret and analyze HR data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to HR leadership and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot system issues and work with IT or external vendors to ensure timely resolutions.
• Work with entry-level configuration of the HRMS to tailor the system to meet organizational needs across different countries.
• Provide training and support to HR staff and other users on Darwinbox functionalities and updates, ensuring consistency in global application.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HRMS performance and user experience worldwide.
• Support the implementation of system updates or new modules within Darwinbox, ensuring global alignment.
• Audit downstream systems to ensure data integrity and minimal errors, addressing discrepancies proactively.
• Ensure adherence to data privacy and security protocols across HR technological operations, considering international regulations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience with global HR operations and familiarity with SaaS systems.
• Strong reporting and analytics skills, with the ability to interpret data insights and provide strategic recommendations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with mid-expert level skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information and collaborate with team members and stakeholders across different cultures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Tech-savvy with a process-oriented mindset and high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Familiarity with HR processes and best practices.
