Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for HR Operations and Recruitment Intern at CreateBytes in Jaipur. The HR Operations professional will be responsible for managing human resources functions, employee relations, HR management, and HR policies on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
Recruitment:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
Post job openings on various platforms and maintain job descriptions.
Communicate with candidates and schedule interviews efficiently.
Assist in employer branding activities to attract top talent.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
HR Operations:
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience.
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems with accuracy.
Support in drafting HR documents, letters, and reports.
Help in the implementation and execution of HR policies and procedures.
Assist in handling employee queries related to policies, attendance, and benefits.
Coordinate with different departments for HR-related tasks and activities.
Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Strong interest in HR operations and recruitment processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
A proactive approach and eagerness to learn.
