• Manage day-to-day HR Operations processes to ensure timely and accurate execution of transactions.
• Handling employees onboarding and exit formalities
• Provide specialized administrative support to employees and Team Managers.
• Respond to complex inquiries from employees across the enterprise. Administer and executes certain HR programs
• Proficiently handle frontline communication with employees, respond to questions around HR policies, processes, and practices. Handle day to day employee issues. Identify any issues which need to be brought to the notice of the HR manager or Business Leads.
• Maintaining HRIS and ensuring accuracy in database. Collect and analyze data to support HR activities.Process complex data requests and handling special projects.Manage the preparation and maintenance of such reports as are necessary to carry out the functions of the department.
• Ensure employee personnel files are real time updated. Timely delivery of HR documentationthroughout the employee life cycle.
• Knowledge of Payroll inputs and reconciliation is essential.
Job Specification
• Bachelor's in human resources or similar with around 4-5 years of experience in HR Operations.HR Generalist role in an MNC will be an added advantage.
• Must and should be comfortable working with team members across different geographies and time zones.
• Should have good command over Bulk data handling and has very strong hands-on skill on using MS Excel, MS Power point and MS Word
• Exposure of handling ADP HRIS tool is preferred.
• Comfortable with building relationships at all levels of the organization and management
• Ability to effectively prioritize and a sense of urgency to drive for results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Being a positive role model for employees and the ability to communicate and influence Egnyte values & behaviors across the business.
