Job Purpose

The Resource – HR Operations & Digitization will be responsible for administrative tasks on day to day HR operations from hiring to exit and for maintaining the HR information system (HRIS) and also assist and contribute to the HR Digitization process.

Key Responsibilities

· Manages and monitor the day to day HR Operations from Onboarding to Exit in the HR Management System (HRMS)

· Ensure all HR records and documents of the employees in digital format as per the process and compliances

· Act as the representative of HR for all employee related queries, issues, processes across the organization

· Maintain all relevant documentation and records for HR compliance and audits

· Supports design and implementation of all HR Initiatives

· Supports in HR Budgeting process

· Support HR systems by identifying process improvements, assisting with updates and testing new features

· Support and drives HR Digitization initiatives

· Provide monthly inputs to Finance on monthly payroll

· Knowledge of payroll and related statutory compliances

· Handle end to end management of MIS, Reporting & Analytics

· Handle and resolve all issues and concerns relation to HRMS, prior working experience of handling Success Factors Human Capital Management (HCM) module and HR systems will be beneficial
Work Experience

Education
• Master's degree (MBS / MSW / MSW) - Full Time

Experience

· 6+ years' experience in Human Resource function

· Min One HRIS System Integration Experience

· Experience in Automobile Manufacturing, other manufacturing, consumer durables, E com or industries having direct exposure to customers
