Job Description
• We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources department
• As an HR Coordinator, this employee will play a crucial role in facilitating various and ensuring smooth functioning of the HR Operations function
• The core responsibilities of this role will encompass personnel file management, records management, assisting in HR projects and recruitment coordination
• Ability to multitask, communicate effectively and maintain confidentiality will contribute to the success of our HR initiatives
Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities
• Records Management: Maintain accurate employee records, both physical and electronic, including personnel files, letters documentation
• HR Projects: Participate in HR projects, such as HRMS implementation project, Market benchmarking reports, etc
• Prepare HR - related reports and metrics as needed. Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Recruitment Coordination: Assist in coordinating the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
Education
· Qualification: Any Graduate
Working Experience
· Minimum experience 2 - 3 years of experience in MIS, HR Operations
Technical & Professional Knowledge
· Should be proficient with Excel Formulas such as Pivot Table, Lookups, Conditional formatting, count IF, Sum IF
· Good analytical skills for MIS, number crunching & reporting to internal & external customers
· Working knowledge of creating power points
· Proficient in written and spoken communication
Employment Type
· On contractual basis for 1 year
