About The Team
We are looking for a talented HR coordinator to join our team and participate in the hiring – both lateral and campus, and onboarding process. You will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating, reporting and vendor management.
As an HR coordinator, you have thorough knowledge of HR best practices and have innovative ideas. We like working with people who think ‘outside-the-box’ and who finish projects in a timely manner. Ultimately, you should be able to manage our recruitment and onboarding cycle and ensure we always meet our staff requirements.
Your Key Responsibilities
• Efficient and effective session management in collaboration with candidate, hiring manager and other stakeholders, including communication and calendar management
• Execute the induction program for the new hires to complete all the joining formalities
• Reporting and MIS: Tracking recruiting and onboarding activities and providing statuses regularly
• Be a crucial part of the onboarding process and help in identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience
• Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
• Being pro-active in managing tasks and prioritize them and complete within timeline
What To Bring
• 1-3 years of related experience with excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment, prioritize and complete projects within deadline
• Familiarity with HR databases and candidate management systems
