Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned HR leader to oversee our operations in South and North. This key role will be responsible for developing and managing headcount forecasting, end-to-end performance management reviews, confirmations, transfers, promotions, employee relations, and benefits administration.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR operations including recruitment, performance management, employee grievances, statutory compliance, and employee welfare. They will be responsible for:
• Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborating with senior leaders to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
• Maintaining accurate records and reports related to HR functions.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in HR.
Qualifications:
Post-graduation in HR or a related field with 15-20 years of relevant experience required. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and communication skills, adaptability, high organization, self-motivation, ability to manage and support a team, strategic thinking, and conflict resolution.
