Job description Responsibilities:
Responsibilities We are looking for HR Operation Executive in our organization. The person will be responsible for below mentioned activities.
The person needs to handle post joining activities like documentation, onboarding formalities and giving induction to new joiners.
The person should have experience in handling PF and ESIC generation.
The person should have experience in payroll processing.
The person should have experience in vendor co - ordination.
The person should have experience in employee relation and grievance handling. . The person needs to handle HRMS software.
Qualifications .
The person should have completed his/her graduation in any stream. . The person should be well versed /proficient in English communication.
. The person should have minimum 1 year of experience in HR Generalist profile only can apply.
Location: ( Work from office ) Taratala, Brace Bridge
Salary - up to 21K based on his/her last drawn and experience.
Knowledge of Advance Excel mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
