Job description Responsibilities:
• Responsibilities We are looking for HR Operation Executive in our organization. The person will be responsible for below mentioned activities.
• The person needs to handle post joining activities like documentation, onboarding formalities and giving induction to new joiners.
• The person should have experience in handling PF and ESIC generation.
• The person should have experience in payroll processing.
• The person should have experience in vendor co - ordination.
• The person should have experience in employee relation and grievance handling. . The person needs to handle HRMS software.
• Qualifications .
• The person should have completed his/her graduation in any stream. . The person should be well versed /proficient in English communication.
• . The person should have minimum 1 year of experience in HR Generalist profile only can apply.
• Location: ( Work from office ) Taratala, Brace Bridge
• Salary - up to 21K based on his/her last drawn and experience.
• Knowledge of Advance Excel mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
