Job Description: HR Executive–Operations
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Updating and maintaining HR systems, records and reports with accurate employee data
· Responsible for employee relations by addressing demands, issues, conflicts, grievances or other communications resulting in fun, filled work place amidst high performance orientation.
· Preparing the joining data report (MIS), Employee ID creation, PF report preparation.
· Taking care of complete background verification of employees.
· Managing employee attendance and leave records.
· Handling the HR audit and compliances.
· Handling the full separation process of employees from resignation to employee full n final.
· Ensuring that the end to end HR process supports a positive employee experience at all times.
· Following existing HR processes accurately and challenging these for ongoing efficiencies
· Supporting HR priority projects with any administrative activity
· Monthly complication of payroll data with all required details.
· Handling the employee database and queries.
· Handling the complete Employee Insurance Management.
· Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems. Knowledge of any HRMS is a plus.
· Reporting to Senior HR.
