Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and streamline our HR processes, ensuring efficient and effective HR operations. This role involves handling general HR activities like recruitment, employee records, payroll, compliance, and various other tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Process payroll, including calculating salaries, deductions, and ensuring timely disbursement.
• Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations.
• Manage employee benefits programs and address any related inquiries or issues.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting orientation sessions.
• Assist in performance management processes, including tracking performance reviews and employee feedback.
• Handle employee grievances and provide support in conflict resolution.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
• Support HR projects and initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee engagement.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
