About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR & Operations Executive who can manage people, processes, and performance across different departments — from helpers to managers.

This role involves a blend of HR responsibilities, operational activities, field visits, and people management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment & Hiring of support staff, sales, admin, helpers, and other team members.
• Daily task monitoring of team members across departments (helpers, sales, accounts, etc.)
• Field visits to meet team members, verify work, provide on-ground training, and ensure compliance.
• Collect daily & weekly reports from team members and managers.
• Track task checklists & SOP adherence for every role.
• Train new hires on their duties, processes, and expectations.
• Act as the bridge between management & staff, ensuring clear communication and task execution.
• Manage attendance, leaves, and basic HR operations.
• Coordinate operational activities and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR & Operations role.
• Must be comfortable with field work and travel for team supervision.
• Strong people management & coordination skills.
• The candidate must own a two-wheeler for local travel and field visits.
• Must have a working condition laptop for daily work and good knowledge of using technology and online tools.
• Good understanding of task monitoring, reporting, and checklist-based supervision.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, and onboarding.
• Must be organized, disciplined, and result-oriented.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi & English.
• Proficiency in WhatsApp, Excel, and simple reporting tools.
