Job Description Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Operations Executive to join our HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for MBA HR freshers or individuals with less than 1 year of experience who are eager to learn and grow in the field of Human Resources. The ideal candidate will have a strong willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Assist in day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth execution of HR processes. Support the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and managing candidate documentation. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accurate information. Assist in the onboarding process of new employees, ensuring they have a positive experience. Help in organizing employee engagement activities and initiatives. Handle employee queries related to HR policies and processes, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Collaborate with the HR team in implementing HR policies and practices. Generate HR reports and assist with compliance and documentation as required. Required Skills: Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal. Good attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges. Openness to learn new things and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred. Willing to work in Mysore. Qualifications: MBA in Human Resources or related field. Prior internship or experience in HR operations will be a plus but is not mandatory.
