Position Overview: We are hiring multiple roles across HR & Operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee management processes.
• Support day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage employee records, attendance, and other HR documentation.
• Coordinate with different departments to streamline operations.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee queries and provide administrative support as needed.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR and operational processes.
Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of HR practices and operational procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
