Profile : HR Operation Job Description
Updates employee database on a regular basis ensuring completeness and accuracy covering, new joinees Joining and exits formalities
Monitor internal HR systems and databases, Design company policies and procedures,Payroll Management.
Handles employee queries and grievance of employees
Understand the statutory compliances PF,ESIC and monitor the required pre-requisites
Verify attendance records, Leave management and coordinate with relevant team for processing payroll
Handled day-to-day HR activities and coordination with external and internal departments
Experience:0 to 3 years
Interview Type : Face to Face
Working Days : 5 Days (Mon-Fri)
salary : 2 - 3.5 LPA
Location: Topsia & Sector-v(Kolkata)
