Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process, including document collection, induction coordination, and system access setup/removal.
2. Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) with accuracy and confidentiality.
3. Support attendance, leave, and time-off tracking by coordinating with team leads and updating tracking tools.
4. Help organize employee engagement activities, surveys, and internal communications.
5. Assist in recruitment coordination, such as scheduling interviews, updating applicant trackers, and sending follow-up emails.
6. Prepare and update HR documents, reports, and dashboards (e.g., attrition data, joiners & leavers, etc.).
7. Respond to routine employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, or systems under supervision.
8. Ensure proper filing of HR documents and adherence to compliance and documentation standards.
+. Collaborate with the HR team on process improvement initiatives related to employee experience.
10. Support training and development logistics, such as scheduling sessions and sharing feedback forms.

Stipend:
INR ₹ 15,000 lump sum
