HR OPERATIONS:
Responsibilities:
1. Attained the revenue of 18 Cr in the month of Sept, by giving 25% growth in the calendar month & took the quarter sale on to the growth of 18% across region.
2. Spearheading P&L, Budget preparation & projection of individual unit's expenses and auditing, if resources are utilized judiciously.
3. To create, develop & implement new efficient strategies for business development & quality control processes across the region, resulting in measurable explosive growth & business profitability across the region.
4. Launched "State of the art" newer high-end technologies in the department of Pulmonology, thereby offering a comprehensive 360 degrees, end to end care for the patients.
5. Pioneered region quality improvement initiatives across region to reduce excessive leakage of consumables, there by bringing down 10% reduction every month, translating into over all saving to the overall operational cost.
6. Furnished sound Leadership skills to the line managers, thereby empowering them to take decisions & to contribute in meeting the organizational goals in stipulated time.
7. Development & implementation of policies for the reduction of turnaround time and waiting time, ensuring that the safety standards/ protocols are strictly adhered to.
8. Overseeing the Contract & Agreement for Outsourced Services (F & B, Housekeeping & Security) & ensuring quality delivery of services.
+. Laid down SOPs for the departments and ensure that the departments (Front Office, Patient Care, Billing, Pharmacy, Stores, Security etc) are working accordingly.
10. Developed & implemented standardized workflow utilizing lean six sigma methodologies, thereby minimizing Quality lapses, waste reduction & brought uniformity & consistency to the overall operational processes.
11. Responsible for Vendor management, stock keeping, inventory management & regular internal audits to ensure low operational costs.
12. Responsible for the overall operations of the hospital including PCS, F&B, Support Services, marketing etc
13. Budgeting- Planning, Forecasting & Management of Centre Expenses including managing purchase (Supply Chain Management) & Front Office Management, Admission & Discharges, Billing, Inpatient and Ward Management, Radiology, Pathology, PHC etc
14. To work in line with vision, mission and objectives of the organization while achieving EBITDA by development of Operational Strategies as per the business plan.
15. Responsible for healthcare regulatory compliances, clinical & non clinical processes, public relations, budget and financial analysis with employee and resource management.
16. Primary responsibility for the P&L and performances of overall Hospital Functioning.
17. Modernization of the departments in terms of statutory compliances, digitalization of records with an extra emphasis towards EMR in various departments across organization.
18. Being a Nodal Officer during the Pandemic times in both years, demonstrated Exemplary Leadership skills in creating & implementing a barrier between COVID & Non-COVID Patients for smooth and flawless Hospital operations.
