• The primary responsibility of this role is to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, guaranteeing a smooth candidate and new hire experience.
• This position involves maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring timely updates on compensation, benefits, and personal details.
• The selected individual will provide support in employee relations and contribute to building a positive, transparent, and inclusive work culture.
• Key responsibilities include administering performance management cycles, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback processes.
• This role requires coordinating learning and development programs to foster employee growth and capability building.
• The ideal candidate will assist with payroll data collation (attendance, leaves, etc.) and ensure accuracy in HR documentation.
• Partnership with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Legal) is required for audits, compliance, and employee initiatives.
• The chosen individual must ensure full compliance with statutory laws (PF, ESIC, PT, gratuity, LWF, POSH, and other labor acts).
