Experience: 5-10 yrs
Administration:
• Responsible for Administration, Facility Management
• Maintain and update all policies and records
• Admin responsibilities Include Access Control, CCTV, Firefighting System management, Housekeeping, Front offices, Travel
• Manage all Internal and External events.
• Maintenance, Cleaning, health and safety, security; utilities, and space management.
• Vendor Management - Contract Management, Service Management,
• All other Admin and facilities-related work
• Arranging all the documents on time
• A team player with leadership skills Roles & Responsibilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes
• To assure the confidentiality of the documents.
Human Resources:
• Payroll, handling statutory compliances i.e. PF, ESIC, TDS on salary, arrears Calculation, Bonus, Gratuity, etc., maintaining the registers/keeping records for all the compliances manual and online as per requirement, staff welfare activities, employee motivation and building up a strong team for the company
• Performance Management, Employee Grievances
• To handle complete recruitments i.e. a fair knowledge of Job Portals like Naukri, Monster, Indeed, documentation for joining formalities, Exit Formalities, etc.
• Compile all data needed for the annual salary review, and the annual performance appraisal analysis and timely provide feedback/recommendations to the management
• Participates in executive, management, and company staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars related to developing the activities about Human Resources
• Ensure the alignment of the training and development plan to the strategic objectives and priorities of the company
• Responsible for the implementation of HR software according to the policies required by the company and required training to the staff related to all the aspects to use and apply the leaves and other tickets through the software
• Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
• Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Candidate should have proper experience in the HR domain along with good communication Skills
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A high level of computer literacy particularly in MS Office, e-mail, and the internet is required
• Ability to manage and supervise general office work
• Must have the ability to multi-task by taking on extra ad-hoc tasks without letting the day-to-day tasks suffer
• Quick learner and willing to learn new skills.
• Should be target oriented and self-motivated to achieve the goals laid down.
• Should have experience in customer relationship management.
