Job Title: HR & Operations Manager Job Summary: We are a new startup seeking a highly motivated HR & Operations Manager to join our team. The position is responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, and overseeing day-to-day business operations tasks such as office management, admin and invoicing, and client management. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, have strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business growth. Key Responsibilities: • Manage the recruitment process and onboarding new hires • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures • Handle administrative tasks such as invoicing and account management • Oversee office management tasks such as supplies, equipment, and facilities • Build and maintain client relationships • Provide HR advice and support to employees • Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards • Train and mentor junior HR and operations staff Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in HR, operations, business administration, or a related field • 4+ years of experience in HR or operations with a strong understanding of finance and accounting principles • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills • Ability to think strategically and drive business growth • Proficiency in HR and financial management software • Experience in the management and supervision of HR and operations staff If you're a self-starter and have a passion for driving business growth, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
