The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in an HR/People Operations role, with a strong understanding of employment law requirements, regulations, and data privacy guidelines in multiple countries in Asia Pacific.

Key responsibilities include managing the team's work plan, coordinating and allocating work, ensuring efficiency and quality assurance, and managing continuous improvement projects. The HR Operations Lead will also oversee and monitor the timely entry and data integrity of employee data, conduct regular data audits, and participate in internal and external audits.

In addition, the HR Operations Lead will recommend, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and statutory and/or labor union requirements. They will also ensure that the team delivers consistent, efficient, and accurate processes throughout all phases of the employee lifecycle.
