CTC- Upto 4 LPA
Experience- Min 2 to 3 Roles and Responsibilities Timing- 8 to 5
Working Days- Mon to Sat (2nd Sat off) (ONLY MALE CANDIDATES CAN APPLY)
Job Description
Ø Source and recruit candidates using various platforms such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
Ø Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
Ø Maintaining employee records, files, letters, documentation, etc.
Ø Ensure the timely processing of monthly payroll and final settlements.
Ø Should be familiar with input, output & payroll compliance.
Ø Ensure resolution of payroll related queries.
Ø Assist with day to day operations of the hr functions and duties
Ø Monthly PF, ESIC online challan preparation and yearly maintain the statutory complaisance
Ø Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc)
Ø Conducting initial hr interviews (telephonic) to check technical skills, communication skills, interest levels, salary expectations, need for accommodations, etc.
Ø To manage housekeeping staffs, purchase and assist in administrative functions.
