Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Operations professional located in Hyderabad. The HR Operations professional will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR tasks including employee onboarding, payroll processing, benefits administration, maintaining employee records, compliance management, and handling employee queries. This role aims to ensure a smooth and efficient HR workflow that supports the company's Human Resource practices.
Qualifications
Experience in employee onboarding, maintaining employee records, and handling HR operations
Knowledge of payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance management
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
