Role Summary
As an HR Operations Specialist at Yulu, you will oversee the complete recruitment process for Field Associates, who are the backbone of our business. This role involves driving the hiring process, fostering positive candidate experiences and coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure a consistent and adequate supply. Additionally, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates directly from the field, not only for regular employment but also for apprenticeship opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute effective field recruitment strategies to meet the hiring needs for both Yulu and Yuma.
• Travel to various locations to attend job fairs, recruitment events, and community outreach programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with third- party organizations to create a pipeline of potential candidates and coordinate during recruitment drives.
• Source candidates through various channels, including field sourcing and employee referrals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and business teams to understand their hiring needs and provide timely updates on recruitment progress.
• Manage employee grievances, ensuring issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations and onboard employees once training is complete.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2 to 4 years’ experience in managing field associate hiring and operations.
• Strong data management abilities, with a focus on maintaining accurate records.
• Proficient in MS Office, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive work environment and represent Yulu’s values.
