ob Overview:**

The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end employee onboarding, focusing on timely release of offers and accurate data entry. This role requires excellent communication skills to handle queries and resolve discrepancies in background verification.
• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Validate candidate documents and ensure policy-compliant offers are released
• Closely coordinate with vendors and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to address verification discrepancies and facilitate smooth onboarding processes
• Accurately enter new employee data into systems, guaranteeing efficient activation and minimizing delays
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR operational workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• *Requirements and Qualifications:
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, enabling effective management of multiple tasks and priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating seamless collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Able to work accurately and efficiently within deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects
