Position: HR Assistant (Female) – HospitalRoles & Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews).
Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
Handle joining formalities, documentation, and employee induction.

2. Employee Records Management
Maintain and update employee personal files and HR database.

This role sits at the heart of HR Services and plays a meaningful role in shaping how HR processes are designed, understood, and experienced across the organization.
